The Building has been sold. The new owners have hired Stepehen Bennett Auctions to conduct a liquidation sale of the restaurant equipment, 15-foot bar, tables, chairs, etc. which was used recently by 43-Degrees North / KNR Grille.

Terms: Payment due the day of the auction via Cash or Good Check with ample identification. Your driver's license will be required to write a check unless you are one of our regular customers. Small items must be removed the day of the auction, larger items must be paid for the day of the auction and removed within 24 hours.

10% Buyer's Premium. This was a working restaurant until very recently so we belive everything is in working order, however, everything is sold in As Is, where is condition."
