The auction will begin at 11:00 AM on Monday August 1st. The doors will open at 8:00 AM for viewing / inspection.

This is a secured party ordered sale. Everything will be sold, regardless of price. There are no minimum bids or reserve prices. Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no warranties or guarantees. Please inspect each item prior to bidding.

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the hammer price of each item sold.

All Buyer's must register with the auctioneer on the morning of the auction in order to bid at the auction. A valid drivers license will be required.

Payment Terms: Cash is preferred. Personal checks and business checks will be accepted only if you have a verifiable Bank Letter of Credit guaranteeing payment to Stephen Bennett Auctions, drawn on a specified check number, up to a specified amount. Call our office (603-431-5599) in advance if you can not meet these payment requirements. Sorry, no credit cards at this time.

All items must be paid for the day of the auction. No item may be removed until it is paid for. Items should be removed the day of the auction, a brief exception will be made for large items and those that require dis-assembly (chiller system, clean room, etc.). Items not removed by 5:00 PM Weds. August 3rd will considered abandoned.

Please note that you will be entering a potentially dangerous environment. You will be doing so at your own risk, please be careful. You are responsible for your own rigging, hauling and removal of your purchases.
